01

Payment and Queue

Once you recieve the confirmation email that you have been chosen for my slot, you will have up to 7 days to pay the 25% down payment to confirm your slot. Aften this, I will either take full payment upfront, or arrange a payment plan (6-8 bi-weekly payments over the span of 3-4 months). During this span I will buy fur, and receive your duct tape dummy. Once payment is done, you may wait up to 3-4 months for work to start, as per people in line ahead of you. As I am a fulltime student, schoolwork will take precedence over fursuit work

02

Fursuit in Progress

Once you have been notified that work has been started on your fursuit, you will start to receive work in progress pictures. I will contact you in between important stages for approval (ex, headbase, snout, duct tape pattern, furring). Once these are approved, I will NOT change them. Work in progress updates will come as I complete them. Similarly, I will update my client if I have fallen behind, or not completed work.  The average time for a fursuit to be completed is 10-30 days when I am working on fursuits full-time,  and around 6 weeks to 3 months while in school.

03

Shipping

When the fursuit is completed, I will take photos, and then ship the fursuit. This will all occur within 5 business days. The package will be shipped via Canadapost, with $1000 CAD of insurance (the maximum I can add). This package will take around 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the mail carrier's situation. It will be shipped with several add-ons such as a badge displaying the maker's name, a brush, several stickers, and several business cards.
